电能是油田生产作业中最主要,同时也是最基础性的动力支持。在油田油气资源勘探开发力度不断增大的背景之下,油田生产中对于电能的需求将持续提升,而抽油机无疑是整个生产现场耗电量最大的设备之一。同时,由于抽油机整体效率较低,故而存在严重的能源、资金浪费问题。如何应用节能方法对抽油机进行改造优化,在提高运行效率的同时,合理节约能源是值得相关人员深思的问题之一。文章主要将变频技术作用于抽油机的节能研究当中,提出了引入变频器的抽油机节能控制器,证实了其突出的节能控制效果,具有很大推广前景。
Electricity is the most important and also the most basic motive force in oilfield production. As oil and gas exploration and development efforts continue to increase, the demand for electric energy in oilfield production will continue to increase. However, the pumping unit is undoubtedly one of the devices that consume the most electricity in the entire production site. At the same time, due to the overall efficiency of the pumping unit is low, so there is a serious problem of energy and capital waste. How to apply the energy-saving method to optimize and improve the pumping unit is one of the problems that the relevant personnel should ponder over while improving the operating efficiency and saving energy reasonably. In this paper, frequency conversion technology is mainly applied to energy-saving research of pumping unit, and the energy-saving controller of pumping unit with frequency converter is put forward, which proves its outstanding energy-saving control effect and has great promotion prospect.
