应用图像分析系统及免疫组化S-P法对正常乳腺组织、非典型增生Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级及导管癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级分别进行细胞核形态定量分析(检测5项核参数,即面积、周长、长短轴比、直径和圆度)及c-erbB2检测。结果表明:非典型增生Ⅱ,Ⅲ级与导管癌Ⅰ级组间核参数无显著性差异(P>0.05),其它各组间有显著或非常显著的差异性(P<0.05~0.01);非典型增生Ⅱ,Ⅲ级与各级导管癌组间c-erbB2表达无明显差异(P>0.05),其他各组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示Ⅱ,Ⅲ非典型增生细胞的基本特征及癌基因表达已具有明显的潜在恶性趋势。
Image analysis system and immunohistochemical S-P method were used to quantitatively analyze the nuclear morphology of normal breast tissue, atypical hyperplasia I, II, III, and ductal carcinoma grades I, II, and III (detection of five nuclear parameters, ie area , perimeter, length-to-minor axis ratio, diameter and roundness) and c-erbB2 detection. The results showed that there was no significant difference in nuclear parameters between grades II and III and ductal grade I (P>0.05). There was significant or very significant difference among other groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of c-erbB2 between atypical hyperplasia II, III and ductal carcinoma (P>0.05). There were significant differences among other groups (P<0.05). This suggests that the basic characteristics of atypical hyperplasia II and III cells and the expression of oncogenes have obvious potential malignant trends.
