邀请郭沫若访日一事,最初由九州大学提出,如今变成国家大事,日本学术会议接待,我深感愉快。日本有很多郭先生在六高、九大时期的故交,大家应该很想知道他们是如何回忆郭先生的吧。郭先生是北伐军政治部副主任兼宣传部部长,他由广东来汉口时,刚好有一个东京青年拿着信来找我,信是长谷川如是闲先生的。我认为应该立即把这个青年介绍给郭先生,于是也写了封附信。这位青年现在是《读者文摘》主编福冈诚一~((1))。听福冈 It is my pleasure to invite Guo Moruo to Japan to visit Japan, initially proposed by Kyushu University, and now it has become a major event in Japan and hosted by a Japanese academic conference.
