采用电测法测定了ZA35与纳米TiC颗粒增强ZA35合金(即ZA35/TiC)的弹性模量和泊松比;以XK7132数控铣床主轴为例,建立了以ZA35和ZA35/TiC合金制造的中间轴套组成的机床主轴部件的有限元模型,通过有限元分析法对两种机床主轴部件的动态性能进行分析。结果表明,采用ZA35/TiC合金制造机床主轴部件中的相应零件可提高机床主轴部件的动态性能,这为ZA35/TiC在机床主轴部件中的应用提供了依据。
The elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio of ZA35 and nano-TiC particles reinforced ZA35 alloy (ie ZA35 / TiC) were measured by electrical measurements. Taking the spindle of XK7132 CNC milling machine as an example, an intermediate shaft sleeve made of ZA35 and ZA35 / TiC alloy was established The finite element model of the main shaft components of the machine tool is adopted to analyze the dynamic performance of the two main parts of the machine tool by means of finite element analysis. The results show that using the ZA35 / TiC alloy to manufacture the corresponding parts of the spindle components of the machine tool can improve the dynamic performance of the spindle components of the machine tool, which provides the basis for the application of ZA35 / TiC in the spindle components of the machine tool.
