本研究利用来自我省和引自美国的十一个烤烟品种,采用相关和通径分析的方法,研究了烤烟的7个数量性状与上等烟比例间的关系。结果表明:茎叶角对上等烟比例的直接通径系数为0.6546;茎围、株高、单叶面积对上等烟比例的作用是负向的,以茎围为最重要,其直接通径系数为-0.5747。进而探讨烤烟优质基因型的基本特性,初步认为:优质基因型的主要特性是:茎叶角大,茎围较小,株高适宜,单叶面积稍小。
In this study, we used eleven flue-cured tobacco cultivars from our province and the United States to study the relationship between the seven quantitative traits and the superior tobacco ratio using correlation and path analysis methods. The results showed that the direct path coefficient of stem leaf angle to the top tobacco was 0.6546. The effect of stem circumference, plant height and single leaf area on the ratio of top tobacco was negative. The stem circumference was the most important. The path coefficient is -0.5747. Then the basic characteristics of high-quality genotypes of flue-cured tobacco were explored. The main characteristics of high quality genotypes were: large stem angle, smaller stem circumference, suitable plant height and smaller single leaf area.
