由于医疗保健费用上涨，要求实行成本控制的呼声日渐增加，加上管理下的保健组织和预付制的发展，都需要医院管理者与医生通力合作，以提供高效优质的医疗服务。作者建立住院病人综合管理模式的目的在于促进这种合作。此模式下的临床管理信息系统能向管理者和医生提供决策依据。这些方法是使医院在未来１０年中保持繁荣的关键。
As the cost of health care rises, calls for cost control are increasing. Plus, the development of health care organizations and advance payment systems under management requires that hospital administrators and doctors work together to provide efficient and quality medical services. The purpose of the author’s establishment of an integrated management model for inpatients is to promote this cooperation. The clinical management information system under this model can provide decision-making basis for managers and doctors. These methods are the key to keeping the hospital prosperous in the next 10 years.
