一 为了落实中央卫生部(72)卫军字第47号文件《关于转发工业卫生、职业病防治研究协作方案的通知》要求,华东六省一市(上海、山东、江苏、浙江、福建、江西、安徽)成立了防治职业中毒协作区,并于1973年12月1～4日在上海举行了第一次会议。为了完成六大专题(铅、苯、汞、有机磷中毒,石油化工职业危害和中毒性肝炎)防治研究的任务,大家认为,应在互通情报、定期交流的基础上,进行深入协作。并决定于1974年4月10～19日在浙江金华召开首次华东区劳动卫生职业中毒防治研究经验交流会。
In order to implement the requirements of the Circular of the Ministry of Health of the Central China (72) on the SSSF No. 47, “Circular on the Proposal for the Research on the Proposal of Forwarding Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Disease Prevention and Control”, six provinces and one city (Shanghai, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Anhui) set up a collaborative area for the prevention and treatment of occupational poisoning and held its first meeting in Shanghai from December 1 to 4, 1973. In order to fulfill the task of prevention and control of six special topics (lead, benzene, mercury, organophosphorus poisoning, occupational hazards of petrochemical industry and toxic hepatitis), we believe that further cooperation should be conducted on the basis of exchange of information and regular exchanges. And decided in April 1974 April 10-19 held in Jinhua, Zhejiang for the first time in East China occupational health and occupational poisoning prevention and control of research exchange.
