目的 观察七氟醚 ( 0 38至 3× 10 -3 mol/L)对单个培养SD鼠背根神经节细胞 3× 10 -6mol/Lγ 氨基丁酸 (GABA)调控的氯电流影响。方法 采用膜片钳全细胞记录和“Y型管”技术。结果 0 38× 10 -3 ,0 76× 10 -3 ,1 5 2× 10 -3 ,2 2 8× 10 -3 ,3 0 4× 10 -3 mol/L七氟醚分别增强氯电流峰值高度至对照值的 149%± 2 5 % ,2 0 3%± 2 7% ,32 7%± 79% ,331%± 10 9% ,2 43%± 71%。结论 相关临床麻醉浓度的七氟醚能增强培养鼠背根神经节细胞 3× 10 -6mol/LGABA调控的氯电流
Objective To observe the effect of sevoflurane (0 38 to 3 × 10 -3 mol / L) on the chloride current of 3 × 10 -6 mol / L γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) regulated by single cultured SD rat dorsal root ganglion neurons. Methods Patch-clamp whole-cell recording and “Y-tube” technique were used. Results Sevoflurane enhanced the peak height of chloride current by 0 38 × 10 -3, 0 76 × 10 -3, 1 5 2 × 10 -3, 2 2 8 × 10 -3 and 3 0 4 × 10 -3 mol / L, respectively 149% ± 25%, 20 3% ± 2 7%, 32 7% ± 79%, 331% ± 109%, 2 43% ± 71% of the control value. Conclusions Sevoflurane at the relevant clinical anesthesia concentration can enhance the chloride current regulated by 3 × 10 -6 mol / LGABA in cultured dorsal root ganglion cells
