目的 探讨斜卧-截石位下行经波肾镜碎石术的护理配合.方法 对86例肾结石手术患者摆设斜卧-截位进行经皮肾镜碎石术.结果 86例患者手术经过顺利,取得良好的效果.结论 术前做好患者的心理护理,熟悉斜卧-截石位的摆设要求和方法,术中合理摆设手术体位,严密观察病情和做好保暖工作是保证手术成功的关键.
