化疗是胶质瘤综合治疗的重要手段之一,但传统的化疗方案疗效不甚理想,原因主要是胶质瘤本身存在耐药性且有较强的个体化疗敏感性差异,故恶性脑胶质瘤需要个体化化疗。随着神经分子病理研究的发展,各种基因和蛋白水平上的个体化化疗成为研究的热点。本文对各种作用机制比较明确和以及仍处于研究阶段的恶性脑胶质瘤个体化疗作一综述。
