我国现行的工伤保险制度存在诸多不足,如工伤保险制度的立法层次低,参保率低,工伤认定争议较多,工伤待遇的标准和制定不完善,工伤保险基金缺乏科学的运营和增值机制,预防机制不完善等。这些问题的存在又在一定程度上影响到我国工伤保险制度改革的进一步深化。通过对现行工伤保险制度的研究,总结出目前我国工伤保险制度存在的问题,并对其产生的原因予以具体分析。 There are many deficiencies in the current industrial injury insurance system in our country.
