目的:探讨大便失禁患者发生失禁性皮炎(IAD)的预防性评估及干预措施。方法:将入住EICU的172例大便失禁患者随机分为对照组80例和观察组92例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组除接受常规护理外,使用会阴部位皮肤状况评估工具(PAT)进行评分,并将观察组随机分为观察A组45例和观察B组47例,高风险患者分别使用气管插管导管和一件式造口袋进行护理干预。比较两组IAD发生率、发生时间、严重程度。结果:观察组与对照组比较,IAD发生率低(P<0.01),发生时间延长(P<0.01),严重程度差异无统计学
