研究和制订教师专业标准对推进教师专业化及推进教师教育改革具有重要作用。本文在调查教师队伍现状及分析国外教师专业标准的基础上,探讨我国专业化教师应具备的素质,提出中学教师专业标准的基本内容。通过职前教育达成教师专业标准的程度的分析,提出中学教师职前培养的目标体系。两者从结构上将职前、职后教育有机联系起来,使一体化教师教育的图景更为清晰。
Studying and formulating professional standards of teachers plays an important role in promoting teachers ’specialization and promoting teachers’ education reform. Based on the investigation of the current situation of teachers and the analysis of professional standards of foreign teachers, this paper explores the qualities that our specialized teachers should possess and puts forward the basic content of professional standards for middle school teachers. Through the analysis of the degree of professional standards of teachers reached through pre-service education, the target system of pre-service training for middle school teachers is put forward. Both of them will organically link pre-service and post-office education structurally to make the picture of integrated teacher education clearer.
