利用Solid Works建立破碎机的三维模型,根据破碎机工作环境添加约束和荷载,确定破碎机上零件材料后对破碎机进行运动仿真。仿真结果显示破碎机在2个方向上的速度、加速度变化特点,根据仿真结果可计算对重,利用运动仿真技术能够实现破碎机的优化设计,缩短设计周期,降低设计成本。
Using Solid Works to establish a three-dimensional model of the crusher, adding constraints and loads according to the working environment of the crusher, and determining the material of the crusher to simulate the motion of the crusher. The simulation results show the speed and acceleration characteristics of the crusher in two directions. According to the simulation results, the counterweight can be calculated. By using the motion simulation technology, the optimal design of the crusher can be realized, the design cycle can be shortened and the design cost can be reduced.
