当前,随着液压件产量不断地提高,产品试验中使用的工作介质——液压油的消耗量也不断增加。污染度超标的液压油不能继续使用,必须更换。这对频繁试验出厂产品的试验台,既造成了液压油的浪费,也加大了产品的试验成本。为此,我们自行设计了一套加热过滤装置,对被污染的油进液行沉淀,使污染超标的油液得到再利用,取得了较好的经济效益。 一、工作原理与结构 一般情况下,油液被污染是由于固体污染颗粒混在油液中使油液污染变色的结果。分子热运动原理表明,加热后液体的油液粘度下降,固体污染物在其中悬浮不住,便自由下沉。根据这一原理,我们在一个油液沉淀箱内安装了一套由3个(6组)加热器串联起来组成的加热
