近年来,随着我国社会的不断发展,城市现代化建设步伐不断加快,道路建设成为城市发展的基础性工程。在市政道路建设中,沥青路面已经成为最主要的路面形式。但沥青路面日常受环境、气候及载荷等多方面因素的影响,很多道路灾害不可避免的会出现,这时就需要对这些道路及时养护维修。而就地热再生技术就是利用原有破损路面的材料,通过对沥青路面进行加热、翻松、复拌、摊铺等一些相应的施工工艺修复破损路面。相比较传统的路面修补技术而言,就地热再生技术能够减少大量沥青、砂石等原材料在施工中的应用,同时能够将废料进行很好的处理,有利于生态环境保护和可持续发展,因此在市政道路沥青路面养护维修中得到了广泛的应用。本文主要围沥青路面养护维修的就地热再生技术概述,重点分析了就地热再生技术的特点及施工工艺,希望能够给今后的沥青路面养护提供技术参考。

The on-site thermal regeneration technology is the use of the original damaged pavement materials, through the asphalt pavement heating, loosening, mixing, paving and some other corresponding construction techniques to repair damaged pavement. Compared with the traditional pavement repair technology, the in-situ thermal regeneration technology can reduce the application of a large amount of raw materials such as asphalt and sandstone in the construction, and can also treat the waste well, which is in favor of ecological environment protection and sustainable development In municipal road asphalt pavement maintenance and repair has been widely used. This paper mainly focuses on the overview of the in-situ thermal regeneration technology of asphalt pavement maintenance and repair, focusing on the characteristics and construction technology of the in-situ thermal regeneration technology, hoping to provide technical reference for the future asphalt pavement maintenance.
