临床医学运用皮肤纹理始于二十世纪三十年代Cummius对患先天愚型的观察,随着研究的深入,目前己知的因染色体异常引起的21、18、13三体及5P-综合征等均具有特征性的皮纹改变。因此,皮纹学日益受到人类学、遗传学界的重视,并逐步应用于儿科临床。关于少数民族儿童手皮纹的观察研究,国内尚鲜有报道。笔者于1981年8月调查了贵州省262名5~10岁健康苗族儿童(男170名,女92名)的手皮纹,现将结果分析报告如下。
