今年是《公务员法》实施5周年。5年来的实践充分证明,公务员法是一部符合我国干部人事管理规律、具有鲜明中国特色的重要法律,公务员制度是适应社会主义市场经济和民主政治发展需要的科学的干部人事管理制度,公务员队伍是一支优秀人才密集、能够担当重任、值得党和人民信赖的队伍。我们要按照《公务员法》的精神,加大公务员制度建设和创新力度,为实现全面建成小康社会目标、加快推进社会主义现代化提供人才保障。
This year marks the 5th anniversary of the implementation of the Civil Servant Law. The practice of the past five years has fully proved that the Civil Servant Law is an important law that is in line with the law of cadre and personnel administration in our country and has distinctive Chinese characteristics. The civil servant system is a scientific cadre and personnel management system that meets the needs of the socialist market economy and the development of democratic politics. Is a talented people-intensive, able to assume the important task, it is worth the party and the people trust team. In accordance with the spirit of the “Civil Servant Law,” we must step up efforts to build and innovate the civil service system and provide personnel support for the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the acceleration of socialist modernization.
