单用户系统中,操作者通常只有一个人,因此系统只须记下该用户所做操作的先后关系,即可对用户的操作进行恢复。然而,在CSCW系统中,由于对共享空间的操作常常来自不同协作者,必然会产生下述两个问题:1)当前最新操作并不一定是要进行恢复的操作;2)当进行恢复的操作确定后,该操作作用的对象在共享空间中的位置常常由于其他协作者的操作而发生变化,即系统需要对操作对象重新定位。上述问题加大了 CSCW系统实现操作恢复的难度。该文在对CSCW环境下操作的群体性以及如何有效地进行操作恢复等问题进行分析的基础上,提出一种基于多通道的操作恢复机制。实践表明:该机制简化了实现难度,同时提高了系统实用性。
In a single-user system, the operator usually has only one person, so the system only needs to make a note of the sequence of the operations performed by the user to recover the user’s operation. However, in the CSCW system, since the operation of the shared space often comes from different collaborators, the following two problems inevitably arise: 1) the current latest operation is not necessarily an operation for recovery; 2) Once identified, the location of the object in the shared space, which is the role of the operation, often changes due to the operation of other collaborators, ie, the system needs to relocate the operation object. The above problems increase the CSCW system to achieve operational recovery difficult. Based on the analysis of the group operation of CSCW and how to recover the operation efficiently, this paper proposes a multi-channel operation recovery mechanism. Practice shows that this mechanism simplifies the implementation difficulty and improves the system practicability.
