【目的】了解中国西南与ICARDA大麦品种类型间籽粒功能成分含量差异。【方法】对79个大麦品种籽粒4种功能成分含量进行测定,通过方差分析和显著性检验进行研究。【结果】大麦品种间籽粒功能成分含量变幅较大,即黄酮为16.39~108.39mg/100g、抗性淀粉为0.35%~4.17%、生物碱为6.36~44.63 mg/100g、γ-氨基丁酸为3.56~30.29 mg/100g;大麦不同品种类型间4种功能成分含量的平均值和变异系数差异较大。籽粒抗性淀粉含量中国西南大麦高于ICARDA大麦、二棱大麦高于多棱大麦、皮大麦高于裸大麦,其类型间的差异不显著;而籽粒黄酮、生物碱、γ-氨基丁酸含量均为ICARDA大麦极显著高于中国西南大麦、裸大麦极显著高于皮大麦;籽粒黄酮及γ-氨基丁酸含量均为多棱大麦极显著高于二棱大麦,但生物碱含量多棱大麦与二棱大麦差异不显著。以大麦籽粒4种功能成分含量为指标将79个大麦品种聚类分为2类,第Ⅰ类50个品种,其中中国西南大麦35个和ICARDA 15个,分别约占该类品种的70%和30%;第Ⅱ类有29个品种,全部为ICARDA引进的大麦品种。【结论】ICARDA品种功能成分含量多样性丰富,可作为功能大麦育种材料加以利用。
【Objective】 The objective of this study is to understand the differences in functional components of kernels among varieties of barley in Southwest China and ICARDA. 【Method】 The contents of four functional components in grains of 79 barley cultivars were determined by analysis of variance and significance test. 【Result】 The results showed that the content of functional components of barley varieties varied greatly, ie, flavonoids were 16.39-108.39mg / 100g, resistant starch was 0.35% -4.17%, alkaloids were 6.36-44.63 mg / 100g, γ-aminobutyric acid Was 3.56 ~ 30.29 mg / 100g. The contents of both flavonoids and γ-aminobutyric acid were significantly higher in polygamous barley than in two-row barley, but the content of alkaloid polygonal barley Difference with two-rowed barley was not significant. Based on the content of four functional components in barley grains, 79 barley cultivars were divided into 2 groups and 50 species of Ⅰ group, of which 35 were Southwest China barley and 15 were ICARDA, accounting for about 70% and 30%; Class II has 29 varieties, all of which are introduced by ICARDA. 【Conclusion】 The content of functional components of ICARDA variety is rich in diversity and can be used as functional barley breeding material.
