本文介绍了采用非接触解码激光测距技术和激光指向圆心快速调校技术,根据测弓高法原理,研制压力容器内径激光测量仪,实现压力容器内径测量。该压力容器内径激光测量仪将测量主机与无线测控联动技术相结合,解决了内径测量与图像数据信号实时捕捉的同步性,可实现内径截面360°数据采集与图形化显示,直观观察测点数据偏差。经过技术论证和用户现场检验,并将检测结果与钢卷尺、内径测量杆测量的结果进行比对,证明了该技术的领先性和实用性。
In this paper, the non-contact decoding laser ranging technology and laser pointing center fast calibration technology are introduced. According to the principle of measuring bow and height, a pressure vessel inner diameter laser measuring instrument is developed to measure the inner diameter of the pressure vessel. The pressure vessel inner diameter laser measuring instrument combines the measurement host and the wireless monitoring and control linkage technology to solve the synchronization between the inner diameter measurement and the real-time capture of the image data signal, which can achieve 360 ° data acquisition and graphical display of the inner diameter cross section and intuitively observe the measuring point data deviation. After technical demonstration and user site inspection, and the test results with the steel tape measure, the diameter measurement rod measurement results are compared, proved the technology’s leading and practical.
