结肠癌发病率在亚洲国家明显上升,其发病率日趋接近欧美发达国家,也是我国十分常见的恶性肿瘤,占全部胃肠道癌的第1~2位,成为威胁城市居民健康的主要疾病之一。结肠癌与其他肿瘤的发生一样也是一个多步骤的过程,一般认为是细胞内的重要调控基因损伤,伴随生化信号传递系统功能失调所致,在肿瘤基因中,ras基因的突变和结肠癌的关系非常密切,ras家族中K-ras基因又因为其高突变率而成为了ras基因研究的一个热点。作者就K-ras基因及该基因在结肠癌中的研究及应用情况综述如下。
