利用等效夹杂理论和Hill的弱化约束理论研究了晶须增强金属基复合材料的拉、压力学性能,包括有效模量、屈服强度和塑性流动规律.定量研究了一些因素对材料性能的影响,包括热残余应变、晶须含量和长径比及组分性能等因素.着重研究了拉、压性能的不同以及对这一差别的预报方法,对20%SiCw/Al材料拉、压性能的实验研究和对材料断口的SEM观察,都证明了本文理论的合理性和有效性.
The tensile and compressive properties of whisker reinforced metal matrix composites, including the effective modulus, yield strength and plastic flow, were investigated using the theory of equivalent inclusions and Hill’s weakening constraint theory. Quantitative study of some factors on the material properties, including thermal residual strain, whisker content and aspect ratio and component properties and other factors. Emphasis is placed on the difference between tensile and compressive properties and the method for predicting the difference. The experimental study on the tensile and compressive properties of 20% SiCw / Al material and the SEM observation of the material fracture show that the theory in this paper is reasonable and effective Sex.
