采用PFI磨浆机对杨木APMP进行打浆,分别研究打浆对纤维形态及质量、成纸性能的影响。利用光学显微镜及纤维质量分析仪(FAQ)观测了纤维形态变化,分析了纤维的长度、卷曲、扭结等形态参数及细小纤维含量的变化。对高低游离度浆料进行配抄,与二段磨后浆料即成品浆料的成纸性能进行比较。选出性能较好的一组配比浆料,在该配比下进行白卡纸层合。结果表明:随着磨浆程度的提高,纤维长度下降,纤维卷曲指数与扭结指数先增加后下降,细小纤维含量增加。PFI磨浆后纤维的切断少,纤维压溃变得比较显著,纤维分丝、帚化较好,表现出了较好的纤维间结合能力。通过高低游离度配比的浆料成纸松厚度比成品浆成纸浆松厚度有所提高,仅对抗张指数和内结合强度方面的影响不太相同。而层合后成纸物理强度除抗张强度外普遍提高。
The PFI pulper was used to pulverize the poplar APMP, and the effects of beating on the morphology and quality of the fibers and the properties of the paper were studied respectively. The morphological changes of fibers were observed by optical microscope and fiber quality analyzer (FAQ). The changes of fiber length, crimp, kink and other morphological parameters and the content of fine fibers were analyzed. The high and low free-range slurry to be copied, and second-stage mill pulp that is finished pulp pulp properties were compared. Select a good performance of a set of matching slurry, white cardboard in the ratio of laminated. The results showed that with the increase of the degree of refining, the fiber length decreased, the fiber curl index and kink index first increased then decreased, and the fine fiber content increased. PFI after grinding less fiber cut, the fiber becomes more prominent crush, fiber sub-wire, broom is better, showing a good fiber binding capacity. Through the level of freeness ratio of the pulp into paper bulk than the finished pulp into the pulp thickness has increased, only the tensile index and internal bond strength of the impact is not the same. However, the physical strength of laminated paper after lamination is generally higher than tensile strength.
