高职院校生源地的不断扩张导致了新生入学时英语基础参差不齐,个体差异偏大,为了更好地解决这一问题,很多学校不得不采用分层教学的模式,在取得显著效果的同时,也遇到了诸多问题,主要涉及分班、管理、流动升降、课堂组织以及成绩考核等方面,如不能很好地解决这些问题,分层教学的实施将举步维艰。在对分层教学的实施背景、理论依据、实施现状等方面进行细致分析的基础上,笔者认为只有通过科学的管理制度、完善的配套措施,严格的规范执行,才能保证分层教学各个环节的顺利实施,才能取得预期的“因材施教”、“分层推进”、“全面提高”的教学效果。
