应用生物学效率、发菌天数及子实体等性状指标,对麦草栽培平菇16个菌株的模糊聚类分析结果归为八类。其中第一类的8141,8148,8132三个菌株发菌期短、产量高、质量好,与实际生产较为一致。同时分出了具有一定规律性的过渡型类别,为优良菌株选育和生产提供理论依据和新的信息。
The results of fuzzy clustering analysis on 16 strains of Pleurotus ostreatus collected from the straw were classified into eight categories according to the biological indexes, the number of germinating days and the fruiting bodies. Among them, the first strain of 8141, 8148 and 8132 had short germination period, high yield and good quality, which was in good agreement with the actual production. At the same time, a transitional category with a certain regularity has been separated to provide theoretical basis and new information for the breeding and production of excellent strains.
