分子量是评价碳纤维所用聚丙烯腈树脂的重要参数之一。本文通过编写简单的MATLABm文件,处理粘度法测定聚丙烯腈分子量的实验数据。应用最小二乘法原理和外推法,通过对(c,η_(sp)/c)和(c,1nη_r/c)同时进行直线拟合,外推至共同的截距,得到特性粘度,然后由Mark-Houwink方程求得聚丙烯腈的粘均分子量。本文编写的m文件给数据处理带来了便利,并同样可用于处理粘度法测定其它聚合物分子量的实验数据。
Molecular weight is one of the important parameters for evaluating polyacrylonitrile resin for carbon fiber. In this paper, by writing a simple MATLABm file, viscosity data processing polyacrylamide molecular weight experimental data. The least squares method and the extrapolation method are used to obtain the intrinsic viscosity by extrapolating to the common intercept (c, η sp / c) and (c, 1n η_r / c) Mark-Houwink equation obtained polyacrylonitrile viscosity average molecular weight. The m-files prepared in this paper facilitate data processing and are equally useful in handling experimental data on the viscosity of other polymers for molecular weight determination.
