本文应用有限元法,对二维流状态下液体静压轴承的性能进行了理论分析,建立了数学模型,通过与一维流状态下轴承性能的对比,用实验证实了二维流理论适用范围广。在此基础上,对带有动压效应的小孔节流液体静压轴承以温升为目标函数进行了优化设计,得出了满意的结果。
In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyze the performance of hydrostatic bearing in two-dimensional flow state. The mathematical model is established. Compared with the bearing performance in one-dimensional flow state, the application of two-dimensional flow theory wide. On this basis, the optimal design of hydrostatic pinhole hydrostatic bearing with dynamic pressure effect is optimized with the temperature rising as the objective function, and the satisfactory results are obtained.
