本文根据流体力学和液压传动系统设计的基本理论,对以各种往复活塞式油缸为中心所组成的各种回路的液压传动系统,提出一个利用该机进行辅助设计的通用程序。该程序可以计算有关回路的压降、驱动油缸的工作压力和流量,以及系统的压降和泵站的有关参数。文中还针对 FX—702P 型计算机容量特小的弱点,对液压系统的程序计算提出了“分块节点”法,从而推广了该机在液压传动辅助设计中的应用。本文最后附有该通用程序和部分计算实例,可供有关单位在进行设计时使用。
According to the basic theory of fluid mechanics and hydraulic transmission system design, this paper puts forward a universal program of auxiliary design using this machine to hydraulic transmission system which is composed of various reciprocating piston cylinders. The program calculates the pressure drop across the circuit, the working pressure and flow rate of the drive cylinder, and the system pressure drop and pump station parameters. In this paper, aiming at the weakness of FX-702P computer’s small capacity, a “block node” method is proposed for program calculation of hydraulic system, which promotes the application of this machine in hydraulic drive assist design. At the end of this article, the general procedure and part of the calculation examples are attached and can be used by the relevant units during the design.
