目的了解我院药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)发生的特点和规律,为临床安全合理用药提供信息。方法对我院2008年1月1日-2008年12月31日收集并上报的234份药品不良反应报告进行回顾性分析与评价。结果在234例不良反应中,过敏反应居多(占28.63%),其次是消化系统的不良反应(占22.65)。按药品分类,其中抗菌药物ADR例数最多,占37.18%,按给药途径分类,其中静脉给药ADR例数最多,占58.12%。结论临床应重视药品不良反应的报告和监测工作,减少或避免ADR的发生。
Objective To understand the characteristics and laws of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital and provide information for clinical safe and rational drug use. Methods A retrospective analysis and evaluation of 234 adverse drug reactions reports collected and reported in our hospital from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008 were made. Results Of the 234 adverse reactions, allergic reactions were mostly (28.63%), followed by adverse reactions of the digestive system (22.65). According to the classification of drugs, the most cases of ADR were antimicrobial drugs, accounting for 37.18%. According to the route of administration, the most cases of ADR were intravenous administration, accounting for 58.12%. Conclusion Clinical reports should pay attention to adverse drug reactions and monitoring work to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
