一、试验条件 1.原材料:金属炉料为南京铁合金厂生产的ZL102合金锭,稀土是长春应用化学研究所采用江西龙南主产的含Y_2O_3为69.0%的富钇稀土氧化物加工的铝-富钇稀土中间合金。 2.设备:用5、30、50公斤容量的电阻坩埚炉熔化合金,机械性能试棒在WE-10A型液压式万能材料试验机上拉伸。 3.操作过程:合金在750~760℃加铝—富钇稀土中间合金,降温到700—720℃用氮—氟利昂12混合气体精炼,710~720℃浇注。拉力试棒及化学分析试样均用金属型浇注,金属到温度200~250℃;金相试样中12×40~50,砂型浇注。拉力试棒每炉浇6根,重复两次。
