本文着重阐述了在识别与使用干部中应注意的问题。在评价干部“德”的方面提出既要看政治态度,又要看道德品质、思想作风以及事业心,特别在道德品质方面,要坚持公德私德并重。对干部的识别不但要看干部的一时一事,而且要看干部的全部历史和全部工作。同时要特别注意听取群众意见,克服偏见和成见的干扰。在使用干部上要大胆放手,明责授权。不要因为有的干部在工作中出现小毛病、小差错就怀疑用错了人,不能因为某个人“有所短”就不敢起用。使用干部必须坚持用人不疑、疑人不用和用人之长的原则。
This article highlights the issues that should be noted in the identification and use of cadres.
