针对苏里格气田压井难度大、易发生漏失、底部封隔器承受压差大、管柱锚定难度大等难题,严重影响了苏里格气田老井的开发利用。为迫切的解决这一难题,结合工程地质特征与测试现状,从低产井查层补孔工艺的压井技术、管柱设计等环节出发,对低产井堵漏压井技术、液压封隔器密封原理进行深入研究,形成了一套低产井查层补孔的工艺技术,主要包括绒囊压井液“一核二层三膜”的堵漏压井技术、底部封隔器双向锚瓦卡封、加长水力锚的优选改进、三低气田储层改造的测试管柱等。研究成果在苏里格气田查层补孔井中推广应用3井次(苏x-11-4井、苏x-20-5井、桃x-12-18x),成功率100%,为苏里格地区三低气井安全、高效的测试作业提供了技术支撑。
