本文叙述了秦山核电站30万千瓦反应堆压力容器主螺栓材料的选择和研制。对主螺栓用18CrNiWA钢锻件进行了全面性能研究,包括恒应变低周疲劳试验和高温应力松驰试验,使该钢种达到了核用途主螺栓材料的标准。
This paper describes the selection and development of the main bolt material for the reactor of 30 MW at Qinshan Nuclear Power Station. The 18CrNiWA steel forgings were tested for full performance on the main bolts, including a constant strain low cycle fatigue test and a high temperature stress relaxation test, which resulted in the steel reaching the primary bolt material standard for nuclear use.
