在电梯安全越来越被重视的今天,电梯上行超速保护装置早在2004年1月1日颁布的GB7588-2003《电梯制造与安装规范》中就提出了明确要求,必须设置上行超速保护,并允许采用多种类型和形式的保护装置。在日常生活中,特别是小区电梯使用中,一般情况下电梯里乘客都较少,对重侧的重量远大于轿厢侧,所以,有时上行超速保护往往比下行超速保护更重要。而产生上行超速的技术原因是多方面的,可能是制动器失效,也可能是曳引机传动啮合失效、曳引能力不足导致钢丝绳打滑或者其他原因。这里我们就一起事故,浅析事故原因及检验人员的试验方法。
