目的探讨简便易行的人脑膜瘤动物模型制作方法。方法合理控制操作方式,把控实验条件,使用注射器在裸鼠颈背部注射人脑膜瘤组织碎块,绘制肿瘤生长曲线,行病理学检查验证脑膜瘤组织学特征。结果首代移植成功率为78%,传代移植成功率为100%,且首代移植瘤及传代移植瘤均与瘤体来源患者的脑膜瘤组织学类型一致。结论本实验控制条件下的皮下接种脑膜瘤组织块法是制作人脑膜瘤动物模型的理想方法。
Objective To explore a simple and easy method of making human meningioma model. Methods The operation mode was reasonably controlled. The experimental conditions were controlled by injecting human meningioma tissue fragments on the back of nude mice with a syringe. The tumor growth curve was drawn. The pathological examination was used to verify the histological features of meningiomas. Results The success rate of first generation transplantation was 78%, and the success rate of passage transplantation was 100%. The first generation xenografts and xenograft xenografts were all consistent with the histological type of meningioma in the tumor-origin. Conclusion Subcutaneous inoculation of meningioma tissue block under the control of this experiment is an ideal method to make human meningioma animal model.
