农村幼儿园办园过程中存在的问题分析

在贯彻落实国家和宁夏中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要及《固原市发展学前教育三年行动(2011-2013年)》中,固原市的学前教育如雨后春笋,蓬勃发展,五县(区)的每个乡镇都办起了中心幼儿园,村级幼儿园也相继创办。近日,笔者走访了五县(区)的部分乡镇、村幼儿园及学前班,农村孩子“上幼儿园”的问题已逐步得到缓解,但“如何办好幼儿园”的问题凸显出来,必须引起我们的关注。一、对学前教育的地位和作用缺乏足够的认识 In carrying out the Outline of the National and Ningxia Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan and the “Guyuan Three-year Action for Developing Pre-school Education (2011-2013)”, the pre-primary education in Guyuan City is springing up and flourishing, and the counties (districts) Each township has set up a central kindergarten, village-level kindergartens have also been founded.
