为了研究真空腔体积与真空腔抑制瓦斯爆炸性能的关系,设计了瓦斯爆炸L型试验管道,并制作了能调节真空腔体积的装置:“圆板”。依次进行了真空腔体积由大到小的系列真空腔抑制瓦斯爆炸试验。试验结果表明:1)真空腔的抑爆效果取决于真空腔体积与临界体积的关系,当真空腔体积大于临界体积时,真空腔有很好的抑爆效果;而当真空腔体积小于临界体积时,真空腔非但没有抑爆效果,瓦斯爆炸压力和火焰信号强度反而比没有真空腔时还强;2)对于本试验管道,真空腔的临界体积为0.026 m3,占试验管道总体积的43%。当真空腔体积大于试验管道总体积的43%时,真空腔有抑爆效果,反之,则没有抑爆效果。

When the volume of the vacuum chamber is larger than 43% of the total volume of the test pipe, the vacuum chamber has the anti-explosion effect, otherwise, there is no anti-explosion effect.
