该院在护理分层管理模式下,建立护士绩效考核体系,将全院护士的绩效总额从整个医院中独立出来,由护理部进行全院统配,设护士层级、岗位风险系数、护理工作量、护理质量、满意度等7个指标进行考核,根据考核结果进行分配。方案实施后护士对绩效考核与分配方案满意度明显提高,离职率降低。
