反复自然流产是一种常见的妊娠并发症,病因极其复杂,其中不明原因者约占37%～79%。近几年研究表明,不明原因反复自然流产主要与免疫因素有关,而同种免疫型则主要与HLA的相容性有关。该文对近几年来不明原因反复自然流产与HLA基因系统的关系作以综述。
Recurrent spontaneous abortion is a common pregnancy complications, the etiology is extremely complicated, of which about 37% to 79% for unknown reasons. In recent years, studies have shown that unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion is mainly related to immune factors, while alloimmunity is mainly related to the compatibility of HLA. This article reviews the relationship between recurrent spontaneous abortion and the HLA gene system for unknown reasons in recent years.
