应用单光束国产骨密度仪测定正常人右前臂骨矿物质含量、骨皮质厚度并由此计算参数,分析了这些参数与年龄的相关性。用MOP-Videoplan图像分析仪测量了70例正常人腰椎正侧位的影像。根据所测参数计算出每个腰椎的理想腰椎体积,井分析了与年龄的相关性。用骨组织形态计量法测量并计算了49例意外死亡者髂骨的骨小梁形态学参数。结果表明,直接测量骨小梁间隙最能反应骨量与年龄的相关。因而,它可能是检测骨质疏松显敏感的参数。
Single beam domestic bone densitometer was used to measure the bone mineral content and cortical bone thickness in the right forearm of normal people and the parameters were calculated. The correlation between these parameters and age was analyzed. Images of the lumbar spine anteroposterior of 70 normal people were measured by MOP-Videoplan image analyzer. According to the measured parameters calculated for each lumbar spine lumbar volume, and analysis of the age-related. Bone trabecular morphology parameters were measured and calculated using bone histomorphometry in 49 cases of accidental death. The results show that the direct measurement of trabecular bone gap most relevant bone mass and age-related. Thus, it may be a sensitive parameter to detect osteoporosis.
