Colon cancer is a common malignancy in China. Perforation, hemorrhage, obstruction, and infiltration of adjacent tissue are the major complications. In this article, after long-term observation of many surviving perforated colon cancer patients, a retrospective study was conducted to try to verify the long-term effects of colon cancer perforation. 1 Clinical data 48 cases were diagnosed and confirmed by histological examination for cancer in 1992 and confirmed by surgery.
