我国房地产业自改革开放以后开始高速发展,已经成为推动我国经济发展的重要组成部分,但同时也暴露了不少问题。本文拟就目前房地产市场的状况,结合中央政府出台的对应政策,意在探究近期我国房地产政策对房地产市场过热的调控作用。 Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China’s real estate industry has become an important part of promoting China’s economic development. However, many problems have also been exposed at the same time. This article intends to the current situation of the real estate market, combined with the corresponding policies introduced by the central government, intended to explore the recent real estate policies in China over the heat of the real estate market regulatory role.
