研究了1J50软磁合金真空退火工艺对其组织和磁性能的影响。结果表明,高真空度更有利于提升1J50软磁合金磁性能,采用真空度(3~7)×10-3Pa、150℃/h降至600℃后充气快冷的真空退火工艺可以得到较好的磁性能指标。
The effects of 1J50 soft magnetic alloy vacuum annealing on its microstructure and magnetic properties were studied. The results show that high vacuum can enhance the magnetic properties of 1J50 soft magnetic alloy. The vacuum annealing process with fast vacuum cooling (3 ~ 7) × 10-3Pa and rapid cooling after 150 ℃ / h to 600 ℃ can be obtained. Magnetic performance indicators.
