油田在生产中后期,经常采用举升方式来稳定出油及维持产量。举升方式包括螺杆泵、抽油机等。其中游梁式抽油机由于适应性强,维护简单方便已经成为了油田的主要采油设备之一。但也由于其耗能大,效率低,仅在30%左右或者更低,且在其工作过程中,常常会由于平衡度掌握的不好而直接影响其工作效率。而在井下工作的设备,常常由于生产的不断深入而使得负荷不断增加。同时在杆管间也会因为摩擦力及摩擦程度的不同,生产过程中底层含水量的多少、沉没度的高低等使得游梁式抽油机的平衡被不断打破,因此,必须要对游梁式抽油机在生产中影响其平衡的各种因素进行分析,以找到有效的处理方法。
