结合脉冲电化学光整加工的特点,针对螺旋锥齿轮传统机械式光整加工存在的问题,提出了基于螺旋锥齿轮铣齿机的螺旋锥齿轮脉冲电化学光整加工工艺方法,并对此进行了实验研究;实验中重点分析了该工艺方法的主要工艺参数对螺旋锥齿轮加工质量的影响。实验结果表明:所提工艺方法可显著提高螺旋锥齿轮的加工质量;在实验研究的条件下,在铣齿机的一个精铣削加工周期内,螺旋锥齿轮齿面的表面粗糙度可达Ra0.1μm的水平,其加工精度可由DIN10级提高到DIN7级。
According to the characteristics of pulsed electrochemical finishing, aiming at the problems existing in the traditional mechanical finishing of spiral bevel gear, a pulsed electrochemical finishing process based on spiral bevel gear milling machine was proposed and carried out The experimental study; the experiment focused on the process of the process parameters of the spiral bevel gear processing quality. The experimental results show that the proposed method can significantly improve the machining quality of spiral bevel gears. Under the condition of experimental study, the surface roughness of spiral bevel gear can reach Ra0 in a finishing milling cycle of milling machine. 1μm level, the processing accuracy can be increased from DIN10 to DIN7 level.
