胃平滑肌母细胞瘤系Martin于1960年首次报告,称为肌样瘤。此后,屡有个案报导,病名有上皮样平滑肌瘤,细胞往平滑肌瘤等。Stout指出:本肿瘤先后出现过108种不同名称,他根据肿瘤细胞特性建议命名为平滑肌母细胞瘤。目前多数学者都主张采用这一名称。本肿瘤国内报告不多,现将我院4例报告如下。病例报告例1:男,39岁。发现上腹部包块20余天。于1982年11月16日入院。既往有“慢性胃炎”史,家族中其父死于 Gastric smooth muscle cell tumor line Martin first reported in 1960, known as myoid tumor.
