教学督导是高职院校教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分,加强教学督导工作是确保高职院校教学质量不断提高地重要举措。但纵观我国大部分高职院校的教学督导工作基本上都存在着督导队伍结构不合理,教学督导的工作职能单一、范围狭窄,两级教学督导协调不当等问题。要解决这些问题,高职院校必须合理架构督导机构和人员配备,拓宽高校教学督导工作内容和方式,加强校系(院)两级垂直联系,创新工作方式。
Teaching supervision is an important part of teaching quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges. Strengthening teaching supervision is an important measure to ensure the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges continues to improve. However, most of the teaching supervisory work in most higher vocational colleges in our country basically has some problems such as the irrational structure of the supervisory team, the single and narrow scope of the teaching supervisory work, and the improper coordination and supervision of the two levels of teaching supervisors. In order to solve these problems, vocational colleges must rationally structure the supervision agencies and staffing, broaden the contents and ways of teaching supervision in colleges and universities, strengthen the vertical connection between two levels of school system and innovate the working methods.
