目的总结分析血液透析串联血液灌流治疗尿毒症搔痒的治疗体会。方法将本院2008年1月～2010年1月在我院进行治疗的64例尿毒症并发皮肤搔痒而无其他严重并发症的患者,根据治疗方法的不同按随机数字表分别分为观察组(行HP串联HD治疗)和对照组(行常规HD治疗)各32例,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的皮肤搔痒治疗后的改善的有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。所有患者在治疗中未发生寒战、发热、皮疹、低血压等不良反应。结论血液透析串联血液灌流治疗尿毒症具有协同作用,可以明显改善患者皮肤搔痒症状,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To summarize and analyze the experience of treatment of uremic itch by hemodialysis in series hemoperfusion. Methods From January 2008 to January 2010 in our hospital for treatment of 64 cases of uremic patients with skin itching and no other serious complications, according to the different treatment methods according to random number table were divided into observation group ( Line HP series HD treatment) and control group (routine HD treatment) of 32 cases, the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of skin pruritus after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). All patients in the treatment of chills, fever, rash, hypotension and other adverse reactions. Conclusion Hemodialysis hemoperfusion in series with hemoperfusion has a synergistic effect, can significantly improve the symptoms of skin itching in patients with less adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application.
