水电站桥式起重机利用试重块进行负荷试验,其吊笼结构设计要综合考虑试块的排列布置方式,吊耳的结构,以及各部件的简化受力分析和强度计算。本文通过对桐柏电站两台300/50/10吨地下主厂房桥式起重机负荷试验吊笼的设计、制造、使用实践,总结出该类负荷试验吊笼简化设计及钢丝绳选择的简单计算方法,以期对同类问题的解决提供参考和借鉴。
The bridge crane of hydropower station uses the test weight to carry on the load test. The structural design of the cage should consider the arrangement of the test block, the structure of the lifting lugs, and simplify the force analysis and strength calculation of each component. In this paper, the design, manufacture and application of two 300/50/10 ton underground crane test cranes for underground power plant of Tongbai Power Plant are summarized. The simplified design of the load test cranes and the simple calculation method of wire rope selection are summarized. With a view to providing reference and reference for the solution of similar problems.
